Welcome to 3VPC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We offer virtual private servers (VPS) and related hosting services (the "Services"). Service specifications, pricing, and available locations are as displayed on our website at the time of your order.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
  • You must provide accurate and complete payment information. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
  • An order is accepted only after we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Provisioning and Delivery

  • VPS Services are provisioned automatically after payment confirmation, usually within minutes. In rare cases involving manual review or fraud screening, provisioning may take longer.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information.

5. Refunds

  • All payments are final and non-refundable once the Service is provisioned, including cryptocurrency payments, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
  • If a Service cannot be provisioned due to our fault, any payment made for that Service will be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text and designs, is owned by 3VPC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You retain all rights to content you host on your Services. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our content without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable law, including copyright, privacy, and export-control laws; (b) host or distribute malware, engage in hacking, DDoS attacks, spam, phishing, or other abusive activity; (c) infringe the rights of others; (d) resell the Services without authorization; (e) consume excessive resources in a way that degrades service for other users; (f) circumvent or bypass any restrictions imposed by us; or (g) operate mail or email-related services: outbound connections on standard email ports (TCP 25, 465, 587 and 2525) are blocked on our network, and you may not operate mail servers, SMTP relays or bulk-email services, or attempt to circumvent these port restrictions. We may suspend or terminate Services that violate this section, with or without notice where reasonably necessary.

8. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

9. Privacy

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the current billing period.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3VPC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination for your breach, no refund is due. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
